About

Evergreen Flying Club

Evergreen Flying Club is a 501(c)(7) non-profit, member-owned, social flying club based in Renton, Washington. EFC was organized in the fall of 1957 and chartered under state law as a non-profit corporation. In 1957, the original seven members purchased one aircraft. We now have three aircraft with a 60-member limit. Our purpose is to provide flying at an economical cost within the structure of a fellowship type club.

Renton Municipal Airport / Clayton Scott Field (KRNT)

Renton Municipal Airport / Clayton Scott Field (KRNT) is located at the south end of Lake Washington.

The club owns three aircraft; two Cessna 172’s, and one Cessna 182. The aircraft are meticulously maintained, inside and out, and they are tied down at Renton Municipal Airport / Clayton Scott Field (KRNT).

We maintain an active group of 60 owners/members and strive to provide excellent, well maintained aircraft at reasonable rates.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership involves the purchase of a resalable share (upon completion of a membership application and approval by the Executive Board), plus a non-refundable initiation fee and monthly dues. In addition to the use of club aircraft, each full member has full voting privileges in all club activities. In the event a member decides to terminate their membership, sale of the membership is the responsibility of the member, although club members often know of others interested in purchasing a membership. New members must be approved by club officers before the sale and transfer of a membership will be allowed.
